3 floors with several apartments (on the first two floors there are 6 apartments
and the third floor of 2 apartments).
The small house consists of a ground floor and 3 floors. There is a wellness center on the ground floor,
and one apartment on each floor.

parking lot wh ere 15 vehicles can be parked.
